Every application is individually studied and underwritten by DMS at the time it is received. Any divergence in the cover offered from DMS’ standard Policy Terms and Conditions will be specifically noted on the Certificate of Insurance and brought to the Client’s immediate attention.  Revised documentation will ALWAYS be issued whenever any change in circumstances is notified by the Client.
